Company builds and maintains data centers around the world. They have data centers in Russia, Kazakhstan, Norway and building one in Dubai.
Job Purpose: Responsible for implementing a strategy which is based on Investors deep understanding and Business Objectives for a specified direction: investment generation to GMT-mining.
Key responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of a sales strategy
- Organization of sales department, consolidation of processes for building the work of the department, achieving planned financial metrics
- Analysis of target audience, market and sales channels
- Sales development by the means of generating and testing hypothesis
- Creating a positive image and brand development
Requirements:
- Experience in development and implementation of a sales strategy
- Experience in organization and managing sales department
- Experience in investment generation (banks, real estate and others)
- Experience in emploee incentive programme forming
