А leader in precision radiation medicine Elekta is looking to hire a Sales Director Unity.

 

DESCRIPTION
The role of the Sales Director for Unity is to enable, facilitate and drive sales of Elekta Unity in the appointed Region or part of Region.
The Sales Director for Unity plays a key customer-facing role in driving sales with Unity/MR-RT specialist knowledge and professional sales skills. Working with the Region, BU Managers, Account Managers and other sales personal to achieve the budgeted objectives of orders for Unity and its associated products and services.
In addition, the Unity Sales Director will be responsible for meeting the market share and profitability objectives for Unity in the region.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify sales opportunities into existing customer sites and into new sites in close collaboration with the local general sales teams
Implement given actions to achieve the sales goals defined as the commercial lead of each project
Support the general sales team with in-depth product expertise including the MR component of Elekta Unity
Take a lead role in Unity tenders, answering questions and providing expertise
Delivering and compiling product and sales pitch presentations
Consult and give advice of how to best find a suitable Unity location in a hospital and suitable delivery pathways
Review and support the full utilization and adoption of CLM in the relevant geography
Define and implement regional sales and marketing plans for Elekta Unity by utilizing specific programs, respectively coordinating, and supporting country-specific sales activities and programs
Provide input regarding regional product requirements for Elekta Unity
Provide input regarding regional promotional requirements for Elekta Unity
Attend and represent Elekta at conferences, symposiums, shows and other events as required
The position requires extensive travel at approximately 50-60%
Develop, implement, maintain and follow Quality procedures in line with company policy and industry regulations
Drive efficiency programs identified by self or others within Elekta
Incorporate and display Elekta Values in all departmental functions and responsibilities
Promote continuous improvement with a change agent approach where required
Perform other related duties as assigned or requested

 

AUTHORITIES
To propose pricing, configurations and solutions for Elekta Unity and associated services and products to the customers
To take decisions to secure sales within the company guidelines.
Relevant Knowledge, skills and competencies
Bachelor’s Degree (clinical or business oriented) or equivalent knowledge acquired through business experience
High level sales and negotiation skills and experience. Capital medical equipment sales experience is highly desirable
Ideally skills in Physics (diploma physicist or dosimetry, or knowledge of medical physics), and/or competences in information systems in the hospital world
Solid knowledge and experience of the medical devices industry, MR imaging experience is preferred
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Skilled presenter and speaker including in approved social media forums
Capable, adaptable and demonstrable multi-tasker
Fluency in English is required, preferably another language relevant to the Region
Highly proficient IT skills essential
Ability to work autonomously
Excellent team player at all levels and collaborative interpersonal skills
Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of Elekta’s product portfolio
Demonstrable business acumen and commercial mindset
Demonstrable customer focus and relationships experience and success
Results oriented, operative with excellent analytical skills
Strong ethical standards, values and good judgement
Persistent, enduring and prepared to make strong personal commitments additional local information or n/a
This role can be located from one of the Elekta offices in Europe.
