А leader in precision radiation medicine company Elekta is looking for a Sales Director Russia.
About the job
Developing and driving sales and business performance across Russia for Radiation Therapy, Neurosurgery and Oncology Software products.
An entrepreneurial sales professional, with extensive understanding of direct and distributor channels in Russia, your main aim will be to implement the Elekta strategy for the Russian market with special focus on the ‘Go-To-Market’ targeted model. You will also manage the overall business of the country legal entity.
You will use your strong people skills to directly lead the commercial team with responsibility for their attraction, retention and development. You will also maintain a close collaboration with the wider Central Eastern European management team including colleagues in Finance, Service, Legal and Order Fulfilment. You will also work with manufacturing partners, regulatory bodies and healthcare policy makers.
A native Russian speaker, based in or willing to relocate to Moscow, you will have a robust track record of effectively interacting across multiple Medical, Key Opinion Leaders and Decision-Making disciplines.
To be considered for this role, it is also essential that you have:
Significant experience in at least one multi-national company within the medical devices sector
Exceptional leadership and team-working skills; comfortable managing direct reports, virtual teams or in a matrix environment
A proven track record of achieving personal and team-based sales targets, directly managing key accounts, and working with distributors and agents where appropriate
In-depth knowledge of the public and private Russian healthcare markets, including funding, reimbursement, and the regulatory environment.
