Оf the largest employment search websites Talent is actively looking for a Country Manager/Sales Director for Russia (remote).
What you’ll do:
Develop strong partnerships with companies and staffing businesses in Singapore to help fulfill their recruitment needs;
Prospect and identify opportunities to develop our market share;
Develop effective sales strategies based on market analysis;
Lead client’s presentations both virtually and face to face;
Recruit and build a strong team of successful sales BDM’s;
Lead and coach your team in order to achieve common goals;
Provide accurate business forecasting monthly, quarterly and annually;
Coordinate with the Talent.com internal teams to optimize opportunity and grow the business.
What you bring:
You have 5+ years sales experience in the job board, HR tech industry and/or PPC recruitment.
You have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business or any related fields (or equivalent in sales experience);
You have experience building and managing a solid book of recruitment advertising accounts;
You are a team player and can work independently;
You have a natural hunger to succeed as a leader and you can build a strong team of successful BDM’s;
You are willing to travel throughout Russia as this is a field sales role;
You have a proven track record of winning and upselling business with a consultative selling approach to C-level decision-makers;
You master the full sales cycle experience: prospecting, identifying opportunities, proposing solutions (writing proposals), negotiating and closing deals;
You can develop a complete sales strategy for your client portfolio;
You feel comfortable presenting to senior leadership;
You naturally build strong relationships with teammates, partners and clients;
You take ownership of accurately forecasting monthly, quarterly and annually;
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
