A Worldwide technology company is looking for Sales Director Russia and CIS.

 

The company is a leading global provider of specialized corporate payment products to over 800,000 businesses around the world, from North, Central and South America, to Europe, Africa and Asia.

 

Key Responsibilities
Driving and strengthen existing commercial function (up to 200 employees): small and medium business, big business and partners, service department, contact center for more than 150 people;
Company’s business development and commercial strategy;
Operational and strategic management in all sales channels;
Market analysis, analyzing the prospects and sales dynamics;
Building requirements for creating new and developing existing products;
Launching new projects;
Synchronization with colleagues from HQ to analyze the sales effectiveness, achieve sales targets

 

Required Qualifications And Skills
Previous successful and strong background as Sales or Commercial leader in international technology company;
Proven sales and management results;
Excellent negotiation and management skills;
Strategic and analytical thinking, results orientation;
Fluent English.
