MSD Pharmaceuticals is searching for a Sales Director Established Brands.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage an exceptional Established Brands sales organization in transition to becoming part of a newly established company in the Russian market
Develop sales force effectiveness plans and ensure their successful implementation to grow above competition and meet financial objectives
Act as sales force center of excellence leader for the entire company. Establish a sales excellence framework & curriculum for representatives and sales managers, foster empowerment, cross-functional collaboration and systematic capability building
Build capabilities to deliver a unique and differentiated customer experience enabled by customer insights and technology
Partner with the marketing and learning & development teams to develop and established innovative and impactful customer engagement strategies
Partner with the commercial team to drive successful commercial trade channel / pharmacy programs
Attract and retain talented individuals to the organization & develop employees to reach their full potential
Be a role model for the Organon leadership culture, attract and develop future leaders, and continuously drive high levels of engagement across the organization
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in sales management with an international pharmaceutical or OTC company with strong track record of success. Second line sales management or marketing experience is a plus.
Analytical mind with the ability to manage complexity, solve problems, and turn ideas into actions
Ability to lead with purpose & articulate a compelling and relatable vision
Proven implementation excellence & results orientation
People management experience with proven ability to lead and inspire teams
