А fast-growing vendor of smart home is seeking a Sales Director (Eastern Europe).
Description
This role is to sell to ISP’s in the Eastern Europe region — Poland, Hungary, Slovenia, Russia, CIS, Slovakia, Czech Republic etc. The preference is to have someone located in the territory but they will consider other locations for exceptional candidates. Candidates should be comfortable in a sole contributor new logo sales role selling to Telecommunications Service Providers (the role may evolve to 80% new business and 20% upselling to existing accounts). The target market is the fixed-line / fiber service providers across all tiers.
Qualifications
5-10+ years experience selling software or cloud-based applications to ISPs (Broadband / Telecoms Service Providers). They would also consider candidates that have sold Wifi improvement solutions to ISPs.
Emphasis on cloud, ICT software, SaaS is desired.
Experience hitting quota of $1m+ of ARR per year.
A track record of hitting targets.
Experience determining customer requirements and presenting appropriate solutions.
Proactive, independent thinker with high energy/positive attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
BA/BS required
