The opportunity:
- This position works out of our Russia location in ANI Division
- As the Sales Director, you’ll have the chance to lead sales channels in Division Russia & CIS region and to manage sales team
What you`ll do:
- To develop and set up Sales Strategy
- To manager strategically all sales channels
- To lead and develop big sales team
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience covering sales in FMCG preferably with obligatory good expertise in modern trade channel or Pharma (with previous experience in FMCG), good expertise in all sales channels (distributors, e-commerce etc)
- Master's degree
- Successful sales management experience
- English – advanced both oral and written communication
Preferred qualifications:
- Critical thinking, innovation approach to business
- Successful experience with big team leading and building high performing teams
