The opportunity:

  • This position works out of our Russia location in ANI Division
  • As the Sales Director, you’ll have the chance to lead sales channels in Division Russia & CIS region and to manage sales team

 

What you`ll do:

  • To develop and set up Sales Strategy
  • To manager strategically all sales channels
  • To lead and develop big sales team

 

Required qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience covering sales in FMCG preferably with obligatory good expertise in modern trade channel or Pharma (with previous experience in FMCG), good expertise in all sales channels (distributors, e-commerce etc)
  • Master's degree
  • Successful sales management experience
  • English – advanced both oral and written communication

Preferred qualifications:

  • Critical thinking, innovation approach to business
  • Successful experience with big team leading and building high performing teams
