Realiste company searches for a Sales Director and Sales Manager to join their team in Dubai!
Realiste helps investors (so far mostly individuals, then institutional) to find the most attractive investment properties for investment in residential real estate. And in one, the most cache generating business model, they generated $1M+ in revenue (not GMV, but revenue on commissions) in the 3rd month after launching sales in Dubai with average revenue of around 200K per month per salesperson.
They are now scaling in Dubai multiple times, later this year we plan to open 30+ cities worldwide (Asia, LATAM, Europe, Russia is not on the list and not planned), they have learned to generate a lot of leads to buy real estate and we need a lot of cool Closers (10+ people) and a very cool Sales Director.
Sales Manager profile (and they sell residential real estate where ROI, payback time and much less important view from the window are important to the buyer) - someone who used to sell either financial instruments for a decent check (we have an average check so far 300-600K and growing), or B2B SAAS. Not looking for realtors.
No cold calls, only inbound bids. Deal cycle is 4-8 weeks. With average revenue, a non-lazy seller will make $15-30K per month once they get up to speed (takes good sellers a month or two). You can work from anywhere in the world (not in the Russian Federation), but it is better in Dubai (here most of the team) - they help with relocation, obtaining ID and so on.
Sales Director profile: Because they are growing fast, profitable, and want to grow in the next few months in Dubai (up to 4-5 million in revenue per month by the summer), and then everywhere else, they need a very strong director, who will build the right structure, and make sure that with the current marketing and operating machine (which constantly add turnover), sales were growing to the moon. And since they are not greedy in terms of sharing money, but extremely greedy in terms of making as much money as possible, for money sky is the limit. Well the stock options will also be as well as the path to the liquidity event is quite clear.
The product is fire: it targets the largest market in the world (residential real estate) where everybody wants to make money on transactions, but except for ordinary realtors nobody has learned yet, a very vigorous team - in general everything you need to jump on the rocket stage, taking away far from the competition.
