For 9 years of operation, the company has become the largest lessor of formwork, cabins and scaffolding.
Working with the customer, we sought to professionally meet his needs in the shortest possible time. ProfMaster continues to increase its dominance both in the current regions and open warehouses in other promising cities.

At the moment we are working on the opening in the UAE and invite you to participate in competition for the position: Sales Director.

 

Launch Tasks:

 

- Market analysis through personal meetings with potential clients, fixing preliminary intentions
- Determination of methods and key sales channels, detuning from competitors
- Participation in the development of strategy, assortment, pricing and commercial policy
- Participation in negotiations on the formation of a rental fleet
- Launch of sales by independently referred/signed clients

 

Functional:

 

- Formation of the sales department
- Organization of the work of department employees, distribution of functionality, structuring, evaluation of the quality of work
- Active participation in recruitment, hunting
- Sales training, mentoring
- Formation of applications for the expansion of the rental fleet
- Organization of work in CRM, setting up sales analytics tools

 

Requirements:

 

- A deep understanding of the UAE construction market, the market for the supply of materials to construction organizations, the specifics of the local mentality
- Experience in the UAE from 3 years
- At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Director/Head of Sales
- Fluent English, Arabic (will be an advantage)
- Highly developed negotiation skills
- Team building skills
- Non-standard thinking, the ability to find ways out of difficult situations
- Desire to be proud of your results, work hard and earn a lot
