INOI is an international electronics brand founded by Nokia & Samsung distribution team with over 30 years experience in mobile phone business.
We have our own production in China (OEM) as well as a wide range of distribution channels in more than 30+ countries. All global electronic brands are in our portfolio. Now we are establishing our new office in Dubai, which is supposed to become our HQ, and are looking for ambitious, result-driven candidates with a deep multinational expertise to become a part of our dream team!
The candidate should be ready to relocate to Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies in different regions that drive monthly, quarterly, and yearly growth against company targets,
- Drive opportunities at the strategic and tactical level, widening the pipeline of new clients, negotiate conditions, conclude contracts (T&C)
- Manage the sales teams in territory and subsidiary offices
- Responsible for regional P&L (several kinds of business: distribution, OEM, software applications)
- Perform regular sales forecast to be delivered to the Senior Management Team
- Hire, develop, coach and manage a strong team of Sales Professionals
Requirements
- Proven track record of working in an international electronics or FMCG company
- Successful experience of building regional distribution channels for several countries
- Strong project management skills
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Ability to organize multiple projects and be comfortable operating in an environment that can result in rapidly shifting priorities
- Sales-driven, result focused mentality with ability to drive business improvement
- Strong leadership skills, flexible team player
