Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of Sales Team Go to market (coverage, frequency, duration, routing, ROI and sales uplift) including Sales Structure & Hierarchy management (FTE, cost-to-serve calculation, workload)
  • Ownership of Merchandising Go to market (coverage, frequency, duration, routing, ROI and sales uplift) including quarterly review of Merchandising Structure and footprint (seasonality)
  • Implement and track processes & KPIs for Sales Force Excellence, Merchandising Excellence and Distributors Excellence Programs (quarterly and annual motivation and incentive programs)
  • Build and track annual Incentive plan according to Marketing initiatives (extra motivation for KAE and merchandisers for POSM placement and tailor made activities)
  • Implement and continuously improve gamification to measure Perfect store according to KPIs (OSA, Share of Shelf, Add. Placement, Price compliance, etc)
  • Develop and support Dashboards for Perfect Store and Excellence Programs and ensure KPIs and reports to track execution team performance in field are working and correct
  • Ownership of SFA and Image recognition systems with continuous improvement of tools provided to execution team
  • Create approach and tracking tools for Cost to Serve & Market Assessment to identify GAPs and opportunities and calculate influence on quarterly and annual Sales Plans

 

Qualification:

  • Think in solutions, not barriers, look two steps ahead and is result-oriented
  • Possess strong strategic and structural thinking and a high level of analytical skills
  • Has experience in building and changing business processes, as well as experience in managing and motivating a sales team
  • Understands the full value of cross-functional interaction, knows how to build relationships with different departments and can defend his point of view
  • Ready to work with a large amount of data and able to work in various data analysis systems (Advanced Excel is a must, SQL and OLAP is a plus), business intelligence (Power BI), merchandiser and sales representatives automation system (SFA)
  • Has 3+ years of working experience (Go to market, sales and business development, sales operations and sales excellence), preferably in FMCG companies
  • Experience in data analysis, data management, technical support and business analysis is a plus
  • Manage stakeholders expectations and able to sell great ideas with solid PowerPoint and presentation skills
  • Has proven track record of project management skills
  • Has knowledge of fundamentals of financial management and P&L principles
  • Advanced level of English
