А leading provider of software development services and innovative IT solutions is seeking a Sales Account Director.


The person will be responsible for selling Company’s full portfolio of services/solutions and lead multimillion deals.


Execute the entire sales cycle from finding new prospects to up-selling and cross-selling to existing clients in Banking, Capital and Insurance markets.
Meet individual targets (TCV, revenue and margin).
Identify new sales opportunities and areas to grow Company’s business.
Build and retain strong client relationships, including C-level contacts.
Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales and other teams in the matrix structure.
Pipeline management in Salesforce, management reporting.
Location: Moscow.


Job Requirements:
7+ years’ experience in sales of complex software/consultancy projects to leading Russian financial organizations.
5+ years’ experience as an account manager/director.
Deep understanding of banking and capital markets.
End-to-end understanding and experience working within different financial outsourcing models (T&M, Fixed Price, risk/reward scheme), budgeting, budget execution, invoicing, SLA principles.
Experience of selling banking software products/solutions (treasury, electronic trading, front-middle-back office, risk management, etc.).
Existing financial industry network of contacts.
Positive references from current large banking & capital markets clients.
Strong communication skills, articulate, good presentation and negotiation skills.
Fluent English.
