В сервис пассажирских перевозок inDrive требуется Safety Project Manager.
What you'll do:
- Execution for a wide range of Safety projects, ranging from product/tool rollout, policy/process update, to support channel strategy changes
- Support the Incident Response team when managing critical safety-related cases/сomplaints
- Maintain a proactive approach toward identifying and mitigating safety risk
- Data analysis of incidents: manage data-driven decisions in terms of safety goals, strategies
- Actively review safety-related cases and perform case studies to identify solutions to prevent/mitigate scenarios from occurring again
Company`s wishes:
- 2-5 years of prior professional experience as a Safety program/project manager, Trust & Safety specialist, Safety Investigation Specialist
- Problem solving, planning and organization: experience in solving complex problem through a structured approach with the capability to scope, plan, and organize the resolution
- Strong communication - you will drive discussions, keep calm, and focus
- Ability to work in a very fast paced environment while remaining calm and level-headed
- Experience working independently in a minimally structured environment
- English - Advanced, Fluent
Preferred:
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in communications or legal
- Demonstrated Data/Analytics or project management experience
