NIKE is searching for a S2P Team Leader.
Who company is looking for:
Company is looking for P2P Manager in Accounting based in Nike Moscow Office. You’ll be responsible for Accounts payable, T&E and bank accounting and currency control in two legal entities.
What you will work on:
- Accounts payable accounting: check and process AP documents, review documents for corporate income tax deductibility, prepare payment proposals, oversee transit account and AP subledger, check Acts of reconciliations with vendors, assist business requestors with AP related questions
- Perform Month end closing and reporting activities: prepare Accruals, perform Monthly accounts reconciliation, accounting for lease contracts, prepare F-4 Statutory cash flow, check purchase ledger, prepare Cut-off and other P2P related requests for statutory financial and tax reporting, complete different type of reports for Headquarters
- T&E accounting: Control over T&E accounting performed by your direct reporter
- Currency control: managing currency control area (performed by your direct reporter) for import and export transactions
- Analysis of business performance & adhoc support in P2P area
- Identify efficiencies and action plans for improving processes, integrating activities with a focus on value added activity, and actively participate in roll-out of new tools, policies, or processes
- Act as a business partner / advisor to support other functions as they engage in projects where controlling expertise is required
- Team management (2 direct reports): performance review, coaching, activities coordination
Who you will work with:
You will work with Headquartes P2P, SG&A, FP&A teams, local and EHQ business partners.
What you bring:
- University degree in Accounting / Finance / Economy
- Experience in an international business environment, with 5-7 years of professional experience and 1-3 year experience as a Team leader . Experience in retail is strong plus
- SAP knowledge
- Sound knowledge in local Accounting and Tax laws and regulations, detailed knowledge and practical experines with currency control legislation
- IFRS or US GAAP financial reporting knowledge is plus
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills and ability to resolve conflict and multiple priorities, problem solving mindset
- Excellent communications skills (written and verbal) and fluent in English
- Ability to make decisions and take responsibility for their implementation and consequences
- Ability to make sound judgment on complex issues
- A pro-active and structured team player in a fast paced environment. Strong people management skills
