Ksenia Ridolfi Weddings is an agency based in Milan and has been organizing exclusive weddings since 2010. Works throughout Italy and France, cooperates with quality vendors, speaks 3 languages, pays great attention to the service and has an individual approach to each wedding.
Company is looking for Russian native, fluent in Italian and English, Assistant for event planners with some experience in assistance, tasks completion and ability to work in team. A successful candidate will be extremely organized and able to handle various types of tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting to Project manager in organization and coordination of workflow on the event
- Research and analysis of vendors, services
- Completing tasks given by managers with the use of all resources provided and critical thinking
- Problem solving and conflict resolution
- Communication with vendors and possibly guests of client
Qualifications & Requirements:
- You need to have an Italy residence permit
- Russian native speaker
- English and Italian Advanced (must be confirmed by international certificates)
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, detail-oriented and methodical
- Strong teamwork
- Being initiative and having creative approach to problem solving
- Proven ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects
- Interest in event industry and innate ambitions for growth and learning
- Ability to work long hours, weekends and holidays during wedding season (May – October)
