Exciting, unique and highly acclaimed Spa is looking for a dedicated, flexible and reliable, qualified Russian speaking General Manager to join professional and friendly team.

 

The General Manager is required to run all aspects of day-to-day Spa management and reception work, including meeting and greeting spa guests, taking bookings and payments.

 

Essential duties:

  • Leading, managing and organising all aspects of the Spa’s day-to-day operations, ensuring they are carried out efficiently within agreed policies and procedures
  • Managing and control the equipment, keeping it in good working condition
  • Implementing procedures to ensure consistently high standards of cleanliness and maintenance
  • Empowering employees to provide excellent customer service
  • Managing staff rota, staff hiring and training, reviewing employee satisfaction to identify and address problems or concerns
  • Ensuring the staff rota and customers bookings optimised accordingly for maximum revenue generation and profitability
  • Creating and implementing operational procedures and motivational schemes
  • Establishing and maintaining open, collaborative relationships with employees and ensuring employees do the same within the team
  • Ensuring operating policies are administered fairly and consistently, disciplinary procedures and documentation are completed according to Operating Procedures
  • Managing and implementing all Health and Safety requirements, including all procedures in relation to fire safety, licenses, food, heating, pool plant, ventilation, energy management
  • Achieving the business objectives for the Spa, growing of loyal customer base
  • Ensuring promotional liaison with the Marketing Manager
  • Direct involvement with business & marketing objectives and planning
  • Consistently developing and growing sales through training tools and monitoring
  • Managing operational costs and decreasing the Spa expenses

  • Previous Spa Supervisory/Management experience
  • Previous experience with spa booking software
