SINTEC UK Holding is an international mechanical and electrical contractor that provides a range of professional installation services for industrial and commercial projects, specializing in automation technologies for material handling and storage systems (conveyor, sortation, palletizing and storage). Now the company has opened a position of a Russian-speaking Senior Finance Manager.
Key responsibilities:
Support the Board of Directors in strategic growth by making recommendations
Line Manage the Finance/Accounts Team
Assist accountants with the year-end accounts
Management Reporting
Systems & Processes — recommend & help manage implementation
Cash flow management & budgeting
Invoicing and Payments (monthly)
Accruals & prepayments
Credit Control
Supervision of reconciliation of all bank accounts and credit cards
Prepare reports to CEO and other senior executives
Support HR and PM depts by providing timely information
Oversee payroll process
Liaise with Auditors and Bank
Manage bank accounts
Support CEO with other group members
Financial operations
Other ad-hoc duties and projects as required
Essential Skills:
Accountancy qualification (ACCA qualified or equivalent)
Finance and Management Accounts proven experience
Min 3 years experience as (Senior) Finance Manager
Knowledge/Experience of EU VAT and Intrastat reporting preferable
Well organized, analytical, forward-thinking, self-starter
Russian language skills are essential for this role.
