Our client – a successful international Law firm (HQ in Moscow, Russia) opens a new branch in Dubai. The Company rendering legal services for Russian and foreign businesses since 2002.
The team includes lawyers, specialized in the sphere of corporate and commercial laws, international tax planning and in representing the clients in the court and Arbitrazh (Commercial Court).
Responsibilities:
• Run new future office in Dubai and develop business
• Hire and develop staff of the office in long-term
• Helps foreign companies and individual clients establish a commercial presence onshore and offshore in UAE
• Establishing a Company in all UAE Free-Zone and Mainland
• Provide a Government and Corporate Services to Corporate Clients
• Help clients to get up and running immediately by eliminating the time-consuming procedures for visas, permits, bank account, licenses and provide specialized PRO services, document clearing and assistance for labor, immigration, economic and municipality department issues
• Established closed cooperation with different Free Zones and other Government Authorities and Banks in UAE
• Developed sound working relations with clients and colleagues within the organization
• Sell Company products and help achieve individual and Team targets
Requirements:
• Fluent Russian and Upper Intermediate English is a must
• 5+ years of experience in corporate services industry, including offshore company formation and bank accounts opening worldwide
• Experience working in UAE min 3 years and residing in UAE
