International consulting company Deloitte is expanding and seeking to recruit dynamic and high calibre Russian-speaking professionals to join the team at the level of Manager.
The successful candidate will be involved, among others, in:
Delivery of client service and completion of engagements
Budget management and fee negotiation
Leading the preparation of proposals
Planning, organising and coordinating the execution of audit engagements
Reviewing audit work
Effectively managing risk associated with engagements
Conducting audits based on IFRS and provide advice according to international best practices
Working with high profile clients on a variety of international and local audit engagements
Engaging in constant communication with clients and maintaining client relations on a day to day basis
In this role, the successful candidate will be expected to act as an individual contributor, delivering high quality work.
Requirements:
Undergraduate degree from a reputable University
ACA/ACCA/CPA professional qualification
At least 1 year of experience in managerial position
Excellent analytical skills and organisational skills
Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
Excellent computer literacy and strong Microsoft Excel skills
Strong supervisory skills
Excellent command of the Russian and English languages, both verbal and written
