SINTEC US is an international mechanical and electrical contractor that provides a range of professional installation services for industrial and commercial projects, specializing in automation technologies for material handling and storage systems. Now the company is seeking a Russian-Speaking General Manager.
The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced General Manager for within Sintec US entity. The role is office based with regular meetings with clients/customers & occasional travel to projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Define, establish, implement, and execute business strategy for market growth and success.
Managing Day to Day Operations of US Office.
Effectively communicate with executive management.
Complete annual budget plans.
Develop and execute quarterly plans to meet goals and performance metrics.
Achieving Budgeted Sales/Gross Profit Goal
Overseeing projects if necessary
Adhering to and enforcing Policies and Procedures set forth by the Company.
Maintaining a productive environment for the Office Staff
Qualifications/Skills:
Degree in Business or Management/MBA
Minimum of 5 years business development experience, preferably within construction area.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, English and Russian strongly preferable.
Financial and commercial awareness and the ability to analyse complex information with clarity.
Knowledge of emerging trends in the USA in business, society and tech
Experience of negotiating and influencing at a strategic level and building relationships to enhance business opportunities.
An up-to-date knowledge of legislative frameworks and key issues relevant to the post

Driving license. Ability to travel internationally.
