В компанию сферы домашнего обслуживания Home Alliance требуется Russian Speaking Director of Operations.
Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the Director of Operations will play a critical role in strategic decision-making and direct supervision of company operations. Company is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to join highly skilled team, someone who can continue company`s growth. As an ideal candidate, you have proven senior management experience in a highly dynamic setting. Your organizational, communication and leadership skills are second to none and you enjoy developing solutions that push innovative boundaries. Primary responsibilities include supervision of all Home Alliance departments, analyzing data to look at trends and find problems, optimizing business workflows, monitoring employee production, and satisfaction, as well as training and coaching their superiors.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelors degree; MBA a plus
- Must have experience in B2C businesses
- 5+ years experience in operations management
- 5+ years of experience building, managing, and developing high-performing teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Strong computer skills (MS Office-Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Bilingual Russian/English preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Can successfully organize and direct people
- Can work with a multicultural organization
- Encouraging, can-do attitude
- Impeccable time management and multi-tasking skills
- Business-minded and strategic planner
- Proven problem solver who can make clear-headed decisions while under pressure

- Previous Experience working in a home improvement industry is a plus
