A successful international Real Estate Agency (HQ in Moscow, Russia) opens a new branch in Dubai. The Company offers international real estate for living, investment and migration (residence, citizenship).
Responsibilities:
- Post-sale services, ensure strong relationships with key stakeholders around the world, managing the contracts
- Prepare presentations of real estate projects
- Social media content development and its management
- Schedule, support and plan out each day for the CEO
- Reception tasks delivery, daily administrative and office support
Requirements:
- Fluent Russian and Upper Intermediate English is a must, Arabic is advantage
- 5+ years of experience in administration working as an Administrative Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar roles
- Experience working in UAE min 2 years
