You'll lead the team to partner with customers, understand their business objectives, and drive growth through effective advertising online. You will pioneer to help customers achieve incredible business growth through digitization and enable your team to work towards product and business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead an organization to drive customer and agency success and investment with Google advertising solutions
- Create a vision and develop a disciplined approach to work towards key metrics and milestones to deliver against ambitious adoption goals
- Ensure Google advertising solutions are driving maximum value for small & medium businesses, ranging from mature brands to start ups as they digitize and expand
- Foster an inclusive, high-performance team culture fueled by diverse hiring, clear vision, and support for team members to learn, succeed and grow
- Coach managers, providing them with the guidance necessary to position themselves to create a shared vision and a combined growth plan across all teams you lead
