Hewlett Packard Enterprise is looking for a Russia Digital Marketing Manager.

 

Tasks:

In this role you will develop the digital media strategy and marketing plan for Russia and interface with segment and category leaders to align marketing strategies.

You will co-operate with event and media agencies, and provide media and content direction for effective paid campaigns execution.

You will also work with CERTA Media Planner & Buyer on WW Global Publishers and digital leads.

As a Sales Liaison you will monitor digital-led sales performance and manage service level agreement with Sales; oversee telemarketing performance and evangelize Marketing’s digital-led motion with Sales to continuously optimize its performance via a closed-loop feedback process.

 

How will you mark:

Interface with Segment Sales and Category Leaders in order to determine business priorities and review marketing strategies.

Prioritize and evangelize digital motion with management and sales teams.

Develop country digital marketing plan and execute with focus on business and segment priorities.

Manage and monitor marketing budget and allocate funds to marketing activities based on ROI.

Activate engaging content & campaigns to deliver revenue grow and the ROI from digital investment.

Integrate the country marketing plan with Global Media, Global Activation Moments, Channel Marketing Plan, Social Media and Telemarketing.

Co-ordinate the country team and leverage global resources and engage global teams to support.

Manage and optimized Telemarketing performance.

Provide analytics and assure the digital marketing effectiveness.

Monitor sales performance across demand benchmark and manage bilateral SLAs on a consistent basis.

 

About you:

Proven working experience in B2B and digital marketing, particularly within the industry (minimum 5 years).

Demonstrable experience leading and managing digital campaigns, content marketing, social media, virtual events, marketing automation etc.

Documented knowledge of digital marketing analytics and campaign effectiveness as well as lead flow and pipeline progression.

Ability to interface and influence across sales and marketing stakeholders, at local and regional level.

Demonstrated capabilities to innovate, act (self-starter), and team across marketing and sales organizations.

An university degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Economics with emphasis on Marketing/ Sales.

Excellent English written/oral communications skills. Solid executive presentation skills.
