Responsibilities :
Full responsibility for 60-70 shops
Implementation of the sales concept; verification of compliance concept
Continuous monitoring of brands, fashion trends, fabrics, prices for new clothes to ensure the best pricing practices in our shops
Opening of new shops from finding premises to full functioning
Ensuring the achievement of planned targets in shops for turnover and net profit
Hiring and training unit managers
Implementation of work standards; verification that stores operate within corporate standards
Implementation and verification of corporate standards for administrative work of stores — from the level of an individual store to the level of the whole country
Continuous development of marketing efforts, product display, visual merchandising to increase turnover and net profit
Ensuring the fulfillment of planned targets for turnover and net profit by week, month, quarter, year
Implementation of corporate spending policies
Budgeting in accordance with the long-term strategy of the company
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position (area of responsibility is a retail chain throughout the country)
Experience in clothing networks is preferred
Long-term experience in all major aspects of the work of the Retail Director
Focus on the result
Fluency in English
Ready for overtime, permanent business-trips
Loyalty to the company. He puts the interests of the company first
