Обязанности:
- Development of training concept, programs and training budget for all dealers customer contact personnel
- Organize and administer soft skill F2F trainings (together with agencies)
- Organize and administer soft skill on-line trainings (together with agencies)
- Organize and administer F2F Brand trainings (Introduction to Porsche locally and abroad)
- Organize and administer F2F Product trainings (together with agencies and with product trainer)
- Organize and administer on-line Product trainings (all model range, together with agencies and with product trainer)
- Organize and administer on- and off-road test-drives, trainings abroad
- Organize and administer dealership personnel certification and re-certification
- Implement, administer and customize corporate web-based training system (LMS)
- On-line trainings adaptation and translation (together with agencies and product trainer)
- Evaluation and quality assurance of training and development measures
- Spot and evaluate new learning trends and implement new formats and methods and demands to identify gaps in advance and to design future-oriented, effective and market- specific learning programs
- Evaluate all existing competency profiles that meet the changing customer expectations and evaluate and adapt existing roles to support future network requirements (i.e. new customer contact formats)
- Adapt global Brand Behavior framework to market needs and integrate it into all training and qualification measures
- Evaluate all existing training initiatives to ensure support of Strategy 2030
- Understand talent analytics and offer metrics to proactively identify learning gaps and implement innovative and sustainable qualification measures
- Acting as a Change Agent to support with appropriate communication
- New Job Roles implementation at Dealers
- Management of new PAG and PRU Projects and other tasks related to people qualification
- Conduct trainings and workshops with special target groups him/-herself
- Organize the behavioral and non-technical training for employees of the subsidiary
- Submit reports upon request of supervisor
- Travel to the regions within Russia and abroad upon request and approval of supervisor
Требования:
- Experience (minimum 3+years) as trainer/change consultant and or training manager, preferably in an international automotive environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Higher Education
- Strong analytical skills
- Detailed knowledge about available learning assets, processes and qualification programs
- Understanding of the Porsche brand and customers (e.g. needs & habits) and Porsche products (e.g. value proposition, etc.)
- Knowledge about KPI-measures incl. talent analytics and Big Data
- Proactive attitude, highly self-motivated, diligent, stress resistant
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in staff qualification
- Speaks and writes Russian and English fluent
- Enthusiasm for Porsche products and services
- Good project management skills
- Honesty and integrity
- Flexible enough to work for with very different target groups and under time-pressure
- Motivation to achieve
- Ability to work independently as well as in teams
