Responsibilities:
- To create a sales call centre in India from scratch
- To build, automate and improve business processes in sales
- To recruit, develop and lead a team of sales managers to the required results
Expectation:
- You are a strategist who analyzes the data before making decisions, and who knows how to lead your department to achieve the best performance
- You have previously built effective call centres and/or sales teams in India
- You are not afraid of the word “automation” and understand how processes are built in large companies
- You want to develop a team and willing to share your experience
- You show your negotiation skills when solving many cross-team tasks
Necessary that you:
- Could relocate to India if needed
- Have negotiation skills in English (English is at least Advanced)
- Have fluent Russian
- Have successful previous experience in building efficient call centre in India
