Responsibilities:

  • To create a sales call centre in India from scratch
  • To build, automate and improve business processes in sales
  • To recruit, develop and lead a team of sales managers to the required results


Expectation:

  • You are a strategist who analyzes the data before making decisions, and who knows how to lead your department to achieve the best performance
  • You have previously built effective call centres and/or sales teams in India
  • You are not afraid of the word “automation” and understand how processes are built in large companies
  • You want to develop a team and willing to share your experience
  • You show your negotiation skills when solving many cross-team tasks

 

Necessary that you:

  • Could relocate to India if needed
  • Have negotiation skills in English (English is at least Advanced)
  • Have fluent Russian
  • Have successful previous experience in building efficient call centre in India
