Disneyland Paris is looking for a Head of Sales.
Job Summary:
Head of Sales in charge of business development for emerging countries and regions, including Scandinavia, Eastern Europe, Russia, Middle East, China and Americas, reporting directly to the International Marketing & Sales Director.
The role is based in Val d’Europe (Paris region), close to Disneyland Paris Parks & resorts and requires regular travel abroad (once to twice a month in average)
Your role and responsibilities:
Define and implement the B2B sales strategy of Disneyland Paris, the planification & execution of it for your markets in order to achieve revenues objectives
Lead transformation of our commercial approach linked to the digital landscape evolution
Develop strong collaboration & trust relationships with our B2B partners and internal stakeholders and secure alignment for the overall go-to-market strategy
In partnership with Marketing, deliver annual operating plans per market & contribute to the 10 Years Plan
Lead, develop and coach a talented team of 6 cast members, responsible for field sales and key account management, of which 4 Sales managers remotely located (Moscow, Warsaw, Shanghai, Dubai)
Also responsible for the promotion and distribution of Disney Destination portfolio in EMEA including Walt Disney World and Disney Cruise Line
Your Profile:
10+ years of relevant sales management experience, ideally in travel, leisure or FMCG industry with a strong track record in both sales target achievement and people/team development
Proven experience in establishing and growing markets in emerging regions
A relevant experience in e-commerce or digital is mandatory.
Entrepreneurial mindset, team player and strong collaborator
Good public speaker
You are fluent English and French, both written and spoken, level C1. Chinese Mandarin or Arabic is a plus
