Your role:
- Responsible for business development on the academic and scientific industries and building longer-term competitive advantage by effective promoting solutions towards key decision makers
- Managing the subordinate Team ‒ building a team, conducting recruitment processes, motivating the team, monitoring activities within the team, performing employees‘ evaluation and taking care of their development
- Supervising sales development
- Analysing the market
- Preparation of monthly sales reports, taking into account the current market situation and the activities of competitors
- Providing conditions for effective cooperation and communication within the Team and in cooperation with other departments within our organization, as well as external business partners, including customers
- Development, implementation and management of local and global sales initiatives within the assigned market segment
- Participation in congresses, conferences, symposia and trainings organized by the subordinate Team for customers of a given market segment
Who you are:
- Higher education in the field of biology/chemistry/biochemistry sciences, PhD is a plus
- Experience in the scientific industry
- Team management skills (motivation, coaching, employees’ development)
- Communication and presentation/ organizational/ sales skills
- Upper-Intermediate English
- Confidence in cooperation with key regional and international customers
- Readiness for business trips in Russia/CIS and abroad at least 50%
