Personality and skills:
- Higher education in Sales, Marketing or related field and 4 years of relevant experience or similar supervisory role in the international hotel chain in a unit hotel of minimum 150 rooms
- Ability to produce the Annual Revenue Plan in conjunction with Sales and Marketing Budgets and forecasts
- Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties
- Analytic minded
- Strong leadership, problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities
- Energetic, initiative and reliable focused on te details
- Is able to work under pressure in multitask environment and meet the deadlines with a minimum supervision
- Fluent English
Mission:
- Align him/herself strategically with the organization’s mission and values, while servicing the clients in the best manner possible
- Achieve hotel general targets and Sales Manager KPI
- Promote hotels at Russian and international market through actual and potential clients
- Constantly work on and enlarge clients Data Base; continuously meet the clients, analyze & filter information
- Conduct Market research and generate potential clients to increase client Data Base
- Regular analysing of sales production process and competitive set situation using professional reports
- Keep updated supply market research
Specific requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least three years in sales (within industry preferred)
- Management experience willingness and ability to learn management basics
- Strong intrapersonal skills
- English (written and verbal communication skills)
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
- Hardworking, persistent, and pro-active
- Positive and enthusiastic
