В крупную международную производственную компанию требуется Руководитель отдела бизнес анализа и управленческой отчетности.
Responsibilities:
Organization of management reporting within regular financial processes: monthly actual reporting, quarterly forecasts, budgeting, strategic planning
Provide business analytical support by distribution of periodic analytical products / reports and answering ad-hoc requests
Lead data analytics and develop / enhance analytical tools using (Power BI, MS SQL Server)
Lead the team of analysts, oversee their performance and development
Requirements:
Bachelor / Master degree in Finance, Management, Mathematics, …
5+ years experience in financial analysis, controlling, financial audit, financial modeling, strategic planning, product management
2+ years experience of managing teams
Knowledge of financial reporting (Russian statutory accounting, US GAAP) or knowledge / experience with management reporting
Strong analytical skills
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of project management / change management and experience with specific projects completed
Knowledge / experience with strategic planning is an advantage
Knowledge / experience of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is an advantage
Knowledge and experience of relationship database concept and SQL is an advantage
Knowledge of the following tools is an advantage: MS SQL Server (or any SQL based DBMS), MS Sharepoint, MS Excel
Advanced English.
