Job Description:
Development and implementation of digital corporate communications strategy for PepsiCo to increase awareness of PepsiCo, it’s brand and activities
Development and execution, in partnership with marketing teams, the strategy of collaboration with digital influencers, blogers, KOLs (key opinion leaders); Evaluation and management of reputation risks
Digital support of other functions (HR, CSR, L&D, Internal Comms, Employer Brand, Marketing etc.)
Implementation of PepsiCo+ and Faster/Stronger/Better messages to digital corporate and brand communications
Full management of Digital agencies
Management of Digital Communications Team RUBUCCA (incl DC/SMM specialist Russia, Content Producer (dotted line) and Digital Communications Manager Ukraine (dotted line)
Management of corporate websites – content upload, update
Management of responses to users requests and questions in social media, for corp and brands accounts
Cross-function collaboration in terms of digital (campaigns, issues, reputation management)
Reputational management (monitoring of social media field on coverage related to PepsiCo and its products; prevent/soften possible reputational threats; provide analytics and solutions)
Crisis management (statements for digital comms, action plan, communication with users/followers on behalf of PepsiCo; reports and analytics)
Consultancy for BUCCA teams on digital strategy, reputational management, content planning, collaboration with bloggers/celebrities
Support of all digital brand marketing activities (content approval, adjustment of strategy, reputational risk analysis)
Management of Khoros (Spredfast) content approval system
Social media monitoring and alerting
Qualifications/Requirements:
Ideal candidate would have agency side and corporate side digital communications experience (3+ years)
Understanding of trends and ways of working of social media
Proficient written Russian and English
Understanding the basics of marketing and ability to digitalize expected results
Personal maturity and understanding of the importance of reputation and factors that may ruine it
Proactive position and always “hustling”
Ability to manage the creative persons and creative teams
Сomposure in fast changing and challenging environment
Ability to communicate with hi-level external stakeholders, such as KOLs and celebrities/celebs managers.
