В компанию-дистрибьютор Hyundai Truck and Bus Rus требуется Руководитель направления по развитию продаж в СНГ.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the implementation of the sales strategy, support and coordination of distribution activities in the CIS and ensuring the implementation of the sales plan
- Participation in strategically important negotiations and meetings with clients
- Monitoring and developing relationships with key clients, visiting corporate clients, developing the customer base
- Control and assistance to distributors in developing relationships with corporate clients
- Monitoring the growth trend of competitors in the CIS countries
- Analysis of information from dealers and distributors, monthly reports on sales, profitability and discount budgets (stock, purchases, forecasts, bonuses)
- Approval and implementation of an action plan to increase sales
- Managing/overseeing/developing Distributor's sales network
- Overseeing CIS countries competitor's tendency F/up
- Managing/overseeing/developing CIS countries fleet/government client
- Managing/overseeing/developing CIS countries product/marketing activities
- Providing regular reports to the head office in English
Requirements:
- Work experience in the automotive business (commercial transport) from 3 years is required
- Experience in direct sales and dealer networks
- Knowledge of the market of commercial vehicles and body builders of the CIS
- Confident knowledge of English for everyday communication with the company's management (not lower than Upper-Intermediate)
- Communication skills, negotiation skills, analytical thinking
- Readiness for regular business trips
