Segezha Group is an international forest industry holding that performs timber harvesting and advanced wood processing operations. Segezha Group operates more than 50 plants across various sectors such as timber harvesting, paper sacks, sawn wood, and plywood production.
Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations audit manager at Segezha Group in Moscow, Russia. The role involves overseeing operational audit processes, conducting regular audits, analyzing operational procedures, and implementing improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and compliance within the organization
Qualifications:
- Experience in internal auditing and process analysis of more than 3 years
- Experience in production companies (incl. the roles in finance and operations)
- Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and report writing abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- People managment skills
- English would be of benefit
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional certifications would be an advantage (CIA, ACCA, CIMA, CFE etc.)
