AliExpress is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Loyalty Business/Program Lead to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading the loyalty program. The candidate will work closely with the marketing team and other relevant teams to develop and implement the strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive loyalty strategy that aligns with the business objectives and goals
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the loyalty program
- Analyse and evaluate the program's effectiveness to improve customer engagement, retention, and profitability. Propose initiatives and improvements in order to grow key metrics of loyalty tools
- Develop and manage a budget for the loyalty program and ensure its profitability
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute targeted campaigns and promotions to drive program participation and engagement
- Monitor and report on program performance, KPIs, and ROI to stakeholders. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program execution
- Continuously monitor the marketplace to identify opportunities to enhance the program and stay ahead of the competition
- Ensure program compliance with regulatory requirements
- Manage a team of loyalty program specialists and provide guidance and mentorship as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in loyalty program management, preferably in a marketplace or relevant industry
- Strong maths and analytical skills to measure program effectiveness and ROI
- Experience designing and managing cash-back based loyalty programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strategic thinker with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Results-driven with a track record of achieving program goals and KPIs
