G5 Entertainment a publicly traded developer and publisher of high quality casual games is looking for a Creative Services Team Lead.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Minimum 1 year of team management experience;
First hand experience in media buying / user acquisition;
Proven experience in coordinating creative production for performance marketing (videos, banners and playable ads.);
Proficiently in analyzing creative performance data including knowledge of all relevant metrics, its interdependencies, and intricacies;
Proven ability to deliver top performing creatives;
Experience with mobile ad networks and/or mobile games is a plus.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be the ‘Playing coach’ for a dedicated team of Creative Managers;
Continuously optimize the creative production processes to deliver performing creatives at scale;
Hire, adapt, and train team members to ensure top performance from each individual;
Manage the marketing creative pipeline for all titles;
Identify new opportunities by conducting competitive analysis, working with the UA Teams, and partnering with ad networks;
Work closely with the automation team to improve internal tools used by the team;
Conceptualize and produce new videos, banners, playable ads, end cards, and other marketing assets.
