Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the lifecycle of drivers base, their quality, activity and retention in the region and each country
- Management of drivers acquisition team in SA: team leaders and specialists
- Management and development activation and retention strategy and projects in the region
- Creation and development driver acquisition teams and projects in new countries and cities
- Cross-functional interaction with marketing, digital, business development, hr, financial departments to develop existing processes and creating new ones
- Development of b2b partnership
Requirements:
- Fluent English
- Strong team management skills
- Experience in retention and activation
- Experience in managing projects (full cycle)
- Experience in sales
- Knowledge of marketing tools
- Analytical mindset
- Will to work abroad most of the time
