Fast growing broker with headquarters in Singapore is looking for a Risk Manager for the dealing desk in St.Petersburg office.
Basic responsibilities will be to:
Monitor performance of clients and manage books accordingly;
Analyze any possible abusers, who are willing to make risk free trading or profit on rebates;
Report to the company directors about broker performance;
Come up with new ideas to increase broker profits;
Manage trading desk and risk teams;
Required skills:
2y experience in the trading desk (dealing) department of MT4 based broker;
Managing broker’s books;
Creating special trading conditions for clients, and other ways how company can benefit from clients daily trading;
Experience of finding profitable clients, mitigating their risk;
Experience in analysis of trading approaches, different and possible types of abuse clients can do;
Experience in offsetting broker’s open exposure;
Experience with retail clients, huge flow of trading accounts (100k clients) and big leverage (1:3000);
Analysis on clients performance, performance of network under ibs.
Experience with MT4 Manager;
Experience with MT4 Admin — good advantage;
Experience with Basic Liquidity Bridges;
All basic applications like Excel, google sheets;
Strong speaking English.
