Coca-Cola is looking for a Rewards Manager.
Your new key responsibilities:
Align the C&B design with company` strategy
Design and implement C&B programs, that reflect market competitive reviews, surveys, financial analysis, management, governance and D&I
Ensure documentation in place to assure compliance
Manage suppliers, vendors and consultants relationships
Support and drive execution of variable incentive compensation and other applicable incentive plans, oversight of applicable plans/plan design & changes and effective salary planning processes
Plan, develop and implement new and revised compensation and benefit programs in partnership with Business, People Ops, Legal, Tax and Finance teams
Work with other HR leaders to design and coordinate the communications of all the compensation and benefits plans
Implement and execute on processes to support a flex or hybrid model
Lead a people cost budgeting processes with strong partnership with Finance and Business
Successfully manage a high performing team of C&B Expert and Reporting and Budgeting Group
Are these your secret ingredients:
University degree
7+ years work-related experience required in a C&B program management role or related experience
Established experience in driving high performance of compensation and/or benefits teams
Existing portfolio of the projects in the following areas (as a leader of the projects): base pay, market pricing, variable pay, data analysis, research and cost modeling
Experience with creating communication and implementation strategies for C&B initiatives
Advanced English.
