Обязанности:
Promo Management - leading, developing and constantly improving Promo management in Russia together with Promo manager though:
- Annual promo strategy development, approval, communication, implementation and control
- Promo guidelines development (based on strategy and business needs), covering all brand categories and channels. Approval, communication, implementation and control
- Promo KPIs (MS impact, ROI, overstocking and others by category and TOP customer) setting up, approval, tracking and delivering as a part of key RGM KPIs
- Promo evaluation and management process leading: baseline calculations, promо planning, pre- and post- evaluation, x-functional approval, actual-plan analysis etc.
- Promo reviews for ManCom and x-functional team management conducting
- Promo deep dive leading for TOP categories / customers (as part of annual RGM processes or AdHoc)
- Preparing Promo reviews for TOP management (Vice president, CEO, etc.) upon request
Prising – leading, constantly looking for and delivering opportunities in order to increase company profit with:
- Annual promo strategy development, approval, communication, implementation and control
- Price increase discussion leading, preparing together with Finance and Marketing teams, in order to deliver required PI the in most efficient way
- Pricing deep dives leading for TOP categories / customers (as part of annual RGM processes or AdHoc)
- Leading price monitoring reports in order to gain insights and promptly react on market changes
- Initiating and implementing any new tools / reports / initiatives
- Conducting Pricing analysis, such as product mix analysis, channel / customer mix analysis etc.
- Performing regular and ad hoc requests (analyses, decks preparation) from global, regional, local management on any RGM related matters
Team collaboration – responsible for RGM mindset spread in BDF Russia though:
- Close collaboration within RGM team (RGM manager and Promo manager), in order to build up strong, professional, expert RGM community in RU organization
- Throughout development of whole BDF community (with focus on SCM and Sales teams) in RGM area though RGM presentations on meetings, conferences and academies
- Strong leadership of x-functional teams (including Sales, SCM, Finance, Supply chain, etc.) in RGM and adjacent areas
Требования:
- At least 5 years of working experience in FMCG, with preferable 3 year experience in RGM, Sales or Finance business partnering functions
- Good knowledge of key metrics used for promo evaluations: baseline, ROI, incrementality concept
- Strong knowledge of pricing principles
- Good knowledge of TTC structure of FMCG market in Russia
- Strong analytical skills, ability to work with big amounts of data
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power Point
- Strong leadership skills
- Good team player
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Self-driven, result oriented, pro-active approach
- Strong English is a must
- Knowledge of Nielsen databases (Excel and Nielsen Answers User Module) is preferable
- Knowledge of Power BI is preferable
