Jacobs Douwe Egberts is looking for a Revenue Growth Management Lead UA&EECA.
Main Responsibilities are structured across 3 main pillars:
1) Revenue growth management (RGM) Centre of Expertise creating via
Analysis of way of working, process and approach of RGM across countries within 5 pillars: pricing, active mix, trade terms, price pack and promotion
Analysis of previous and on-going RGM initiatives, providing wide picture of insights and learnings in collaboration with Sales
Look for opportunities to harmonize and systemize RGM process and approach, building one way of decision making
Preparation of RGM materials, models, approach description, and further control and support of implementation
Best practice of RGM initiatives sharing across countries and global, support roll out of best practices as successful repeatable models
2) RGM Toolbox development
Analyze opportunities and need in terms of RGM tools
Brief, setup and control of RGM tools and reporting development, further support and upgrading
Best practice of RGM tools sharing across countries, support implementation of best practices
3) Business Development
Lead business development cases preparation e.g. new categories, new business models, new sales solutions delivering revenue growth in collaboration with finance, sales and marketing
Look for other opportunities for business growth

New projects support (analysis and preparation)
Qualifications:
Being true coffee lover
Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing
5+ years of experience in trade marketing, sales, finance, business development
Results-oriented with the ability to initiate and lead projects to completion
Solid finance acumen, understanding of PnL and revenue growth opportunities
Strong analytical skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a large multi-site operations organization
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of management
Preferable experience of successful business development projects
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Fluent Ukrainian, Russian and English
