L’Oreal Russia is opening the role of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Head for Consumer Products Division (CPD).
Resposibilities:
Leading of RGM function for Consumer Products Devision.
Driving organization to the profitable growth through leading strategic optimization projects.
Ongoing monitoring and tracking of promo status and changes by Product Categories and Clients (incl. assessment of key opportunities to drive value).
Analytical support and tracking of RGM initiatives development & implementation.
Team management.

RGM experience as a must.
Moree than 5 years of experience in commercial functions (RGM, Sales, Trade Marketing, Catman, etc.).
Analytical mentality — Ability to deliver comprehensive business results through planning and tracking.
Stakeholder and leadership management — strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to influence and implement changes at a senior level within overall organization and Sales department specifically.
People management skills.
