TikTok is currently looking for a Revenue Enablement Specialist.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement TikTok’s sales policies and pricing strategy on global and local scale, while working with multi-stakeholders, to promote TikTok’s business growth. This includes, but not limited to: joint business programs, ad serving policy, inventory management, global agency management
Create, implement and track sales incentive plans, to drive sales teams motivation and efficiency
Set customer segmentation and development guidelines for local and global markets, and oversee their implementation
Improve Israel sales data tracking and monitoring system, while building the business related dashboards and reports to support sales teams
Work relentlessly with relevant stakeholders in order to resolve ad-hoc revenue blockers
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
2-5 years of relevant work experience (management consulting, business operations)
Ability and experience with shaping and implementing sales policies (JBPs, pricing, customer development rules, etc.), while using data driven approaches
Ability to convey operational status and issues to multiple levels of the organization with the appropriate level of detail and clarity
Ability to work independently and prioritize competing demands
Good communication skills, execution oriented and anti-pressure ability
Proficient in English (Chinese is a plus).
