Accountabilities:
- Contribute to developing company strategy for CIS
- Drive overall retail performance in stores by implementing best retail practices
- Achieve all key financial KPIs: Net sales, Profit margin, Contribution
- Ensure Russian, European and Global best practices are implemented in the region
- Manage a team of 7-10 District Operation Managers in the region
- Initiating changes in all processes to achieve business performance
- Lead people with a focus on high employee engagement at every level through effective motivation, coaching, training, and development of team members.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Strong experience in managing sales organizations and driving sales directly and indirectly
- Customer service focus
- Experience in business planning and management, projects analysis and implementation, business processes applications thorough knowledge of sales/distribution processes and applied selling/commercial skills
- Readiness to stand the pressure, problem-solving and conflict management skills
- Strong cross-functional experience, across retail, marketing, HR, visual merchandising, finance
- Excellent entrepreneurial skills
- People oriented management approach
- Extensive experience of successfully operating in the multi-cultural organization
- High degree of personal drive, energy & results orientation
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor in related field required
- Minimum of five years of experience in people management.
- Passion for sport.
