Китайская компания-производитель смартфонов Transsion приглашает Retail Director присоединиться к своей дружной команде.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Make the retail strategy and set up the retail team.
Be responsible for sales management and sales development in retail stores.
Manage the business on a day to day basis by maximizing sales and achieving monthly targets.
Perform various reports to provide sales analysis/forecast and suggest action plan to support the staff achieving targets.
Motivate and coach staff appropriately.
Qualifications and Skills:
Russian, fluent English.
Bachelor degree and above;
At least 8 years retail managing experience in Consumer Electronics industry, Mobile Phone industry preferred;
Experience of leveraging software to report on retail point-of-sale and syndicated data is favorable;
Experience delivering quantitative insights to address key business problems and measurable ROI；
Team player, good communication skills.
