About the job
Leading and overseeing the local Training Platform
Ensuring a successful implementation of trainings (based on global guidelines / annual training calendar) to support the Sales & Retail Teams
Creating and managing the Retail Academy Training budget
Organizing and conducting individual and group trainings within the learning journey (product and sales trainings)
Working cross-functionally with District Managers, Store Managers and Independent Retails Partners for an effective implementation of trainings, securing good communication with global teams and key stakeholders across organization
About you
University education, preferably commercial degree
Minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar sales training role
Excellent didactic and strong presentation skills
Strong communication and emotional intelligence skills
Native Russian and advanced English
Willingness to travel up to 70% of working time.
