Director of a restaurant we are looking for should be creative, charismatic, attentive, sympathetic, tactful and manage a restaurant with a profit in mind.
The ideal candidate should be passionate for service, food and beverages. He should be able to turn the routine into a vibrant, elegant and fun process.
The candidate we are looking for should have excellent social skills and create great customer loyalty. Having a feeling of the market, intuitive and sensory, he should follow all the modern trends in service, presentation and set up.
English language knowledge is a must.
A perfect candidate should “read” a non-expressed demand and take good care of guest’s tastes by making deeper connections with them during all the interactions. He should be also a very well-connected person with the constant desire to attract more people and to make their dining experience better and better.
Director of the restaurant should be high-tech social manager and have an ability to be present in social media, using all the tools in the marketing of the business.
