A restaurant is looking for a Head Manager to join the team and control the processes in the spot located in Burj Khalifa.
Responsibilities:
- Development of the concept, strategic planning, development of the enterprise from scratch. Planning and achieving goals.
- Solving administrative and economic issues.
- Working with regulatory authorities, providing reporting.
- Team building.
- Work with the restaurant staff, recruitment, staff assessment and determining the need for additional training for employees.
- Compilation of the menu.
- Development of promotional offers, discounts, gift cards.
- Monitoring compliance with quality standards.
- Advertising.
- Technical support.
- Material liability.
Requirements:
- Fluent knowledge of Russian and English languages.
- Experience in starting a restaurant/cafe from scratch.
- Experience in managing a restaurant / cafe in Dubai for at least 3 years.
